Are there any age restrictions?
Yes, only ages 16 and over are allowed to participate. Participants 16-17 years of age must be accompanied by parent/legal guardian.
What if I forgot my I.D.?
Sorry, we can't allow you to participate without a valid government issued I.D. We need your I.D. when you sign the liability waiver. We try our best to remind you beforehand in our confirmation emails.
What should I wear?
We don't have a specific dress code on what to wear, just no open toed shoes. We prefer you wear sneakers or boots, please no sandals or thin shoes like loafers or crocks.
Do I need to be angry to break it?
No, people come for all kinds of reasons: happy, sad, mad, indifferent--whatever.
I'm pregnant, can I still participate?
Nope, sorry it's not safe.
Can there be more than one person in a room?
Yes, up to 2 people maximum per room, we do not allow 3 people in the single rooms because it is not safe, no exceptions. The 25 minute session allows up to 4 people and the 45 minute sessions allows up to 6 people.
Can my friends or family watch me break it?
Yes, they can watch you through our viewing windows.
Can I videotape myself breaking it?
Yes, but it's not a good idea because you run the risk of possibly breaking your phone.
Can I have a party with food and drinks?
Yes, if you purchase the party packages (25/45 minutes) we will have a place to display and store your food and non-alcoholic beverages.
What do you do with the stuff that's broken?
We recycle it! Check out our video on our recycling process under the "Breakables" page.

Can I bring pictures of people to put in the break room?
No, we do not allow pictures of people to put in the break room or on items placed anywhere in the break rooms.
What things do you not accept for donations?
We are grateful for donations, although we cannot accept tube televisions, items that contain hazardous or flammable liquids. A list of acceptable items are listed under the "Breakables" page.
Can I bring my own things to break?
The short answer, nope.
Does it cost extra for an additional person?
No, the 5/10/15 minute sessions permit up to two people (at no additional cost), the 25 minute session permits up to 4 people (at no additional cost) and the 45 minute sessions permits up to 6 people (at no additional cost).
What are the differences between Room 1, Room 2, and Room 3?
There really is no difference in terms of what size the rooms are and what we provide you with inside.
